Senator Coghill, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 1961. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 173(JUD) "An Act relating to a prohibition on the possession, offer, display, marketing, advertising for sale, or sale of illicit synthetic drugs" was adopted. Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
